Frequently Asked Questions

Any move or installation involving 25+ workstations or multiple vendors benefits from dedicated PM. For smaller projects, our team still provides coordination, but a formal PM engagement adds the most value on complex, multi-phase work.

We coordinate all vendors involved in your project, including IT providers, electricians, carpet installers, and building management, not just our own crews.

Ideally 8-12 weeks before your target date for a full office move. For furniture installations, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. The earlier we are involved, the more issues we can prevent.

For full-service office moves and large installations, project management is included in your fixed-price quote. For standalone PM engagements where Vector is coordinating third-party vendors only, we provide a separate quote.

Yes. Our PM is physically on-site during all critical phases, including move day, major installations, and the final walkthrough.
