We use a color-coded labeling system and photograph every connection before disconnecting. Each cable is labeled at both ends and secured to its device during transport.
Yes. Our technicians are trained in safe server shutdown procedures and use anti-static, padded transport cases. We coordinate with your IT team on shutdown and startup sequences.
A typical 50-workstation reconnect takes 4-6 hours. We schedule reconnect for Sunday so everything is tested and ready before Monday morning.
We disconnect and reconnect all phone hardware including VoIP handsets, conference room systems, and traditional phone lines. Your telecom provider handles the carrier-side cutover.
