Plan on 2-3 standard crates per employee for personal items, files, and desk contents. We will help you estimate the exact count based on your headcount and what you are packing.
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your move date. Crates are typically delivered 5-7 business days before the move so employees have time to pack.
Standard rental is 7 days at the origin and 7 days at the destination (14 days total). Extensions are available if you need more time to unpack.
Yes. Every crate is professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals. They arrive ready to pack.
Yes. Crate rental is available as a standalone service. However, when bundled with our moving services, delivery and pickup are often included at no extra charge.
We offer standard crates (approximately 24 x 16 x 12 inches) for files and desk items, and large crates (approximately 27 x 17 x 14 inches) for bulkier items. Both sizes stack securely on standard office dollies.
